The company’s quality policy

The company was formed for the production and selling of photovoltaic modules, systems, components and accessories for the production of energy from renewable sources.

In this perspective, the company decided to implement and maintain a Quality management and to certificate it according to the requisites of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Regulations.

The main objective of the company is to ensure customer satisfaction. This is done by translating their requirements to meet their specific needs and by complying with applicable regulations. To do this, the organization believes that it is essential to involve all internal and external stakeholders. Everyone is aware of the quality objective that the company aims for and is equipped with the needs to obtain these aims. These tools include the popularization of the culture of quality, the use of the best management infrastructures and the sensitization and training of managers and employees.

The company aims to strengthen and broaden its image on the market by establishing relationships with its clientele and local authorities and by acquiring new clients and reducing the cost without reducing quality. In particular, the company tries to prevent problems connected with non-compliance by verifying the quality of the service at all process phases and guaranteeing after-installation support.

The company ensures that the Quality System in place is efficient in the achieving the company’s objectives and that it is orientated towards a continuous improvement through a constant verification of the correct application of the provisions of this system and through internal specific inspections and audits.

During the annual Management Review, the Executive Board is also committed to re-evaluating the objectives and updating them as they see fit.
