1. Material check on arrival (solar glass, EVA , backsheet, junction box, cell)
2. Flash test for solar cells
3. Production process check (washing, cutting, soldering, lamination, assembling, framing,
sealing application)
4. Cells soldering and electrical continuity check
5. Flash test post-lamination
6. IR thermography check for possible micro-fractures on the solar cells
7. Post-assembling flash report and junction box application (for every PV module)
8. Flash report check at the Carlino warehouse (random sample and on customer request)
• Solar simulator machine available in Italian R&D laboratory (Carlino) for all customers wanting an in-depth analysis of FVG ENERGY panels
• External quality control analysis carried out by independent consultants within the production plants
• Production lines according to TÜV standards
• TÜV Factory inspection (in process)
• Maximum attention paid during transportation phase: packaging with triple-layered cardboard; modules packed in two's
with cardboard sheets to absorb vibrations; air-bags between pallets in the container
